Terms of Service

The service

Ranyx provides browser-based video calls and live translation in your own voice. The service is under development and provided as is; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.

Voice clone

You may only record your own voice. Recording or cloning anyone else's voice is prohibited.

You may not use your voice copy to mislead others, impersonate anyone or for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal content, harassment, fraud, recording others without permission or overloading the system. We may close accounts and delete voice copies that violate these terms.

Translation

Automatic translation can contain errors. Don't rely on translation alone for important conversations such as legal, medical or financial matters.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes.
