Ranyx is a browser-based video calling service that you join with a link, with live translation in your own voice. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.

Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo link and Google account ID. We don't store passwords. Access tokens issued by Google are stored encrypted.
You don't need an account to join calls.
Sessions and security
To keep you signed in we store a session cookie and a session record with your IP address and browser information. Sessions expire after 30 days at most. Request rates are limited to prevent abuse.
Calls
Your camera and microphone streams are transmitted in real time to the other participant through our call infrastructure provider, LiveKit. We don't record calls.
The name and the language and device preferences you enter are stored in your browser; your name and language preferences are shared with participants in the room during the call.
Voice clone
Only if you create one: the recording of you reading the text is sent to ElevenLabs to create a digital copy of your voice. We don't store your raw recording.
Your voice copy is kept at ElevenLabs and used only in translations you start. We store only the copy's ID, the time of your explicit consent and the version of the text you agreed to.
Voice data is processed based on your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your voice.
Service providers
Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, Frankfurt), LiveKit (call infrastructure), ElevenLabs (voice cloning and speech) and Google (sign-in). Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the European Union, particularly in the USA.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your voice on the "My voice" page, and your account with all related data via "Delete my account", at any time. Deleting your account also deletes your voice copy at ElevenLabs.
Cookies
We only use cookies strictly necessary for your session. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK), you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and lodge a complaint. Contact: info@inmimarlik.com
